Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Department preferably in the aviation industry (MRO experience is a strong advantage).
Successful previous sales experiences as well as independence and ability to achieve set goals.
A customer-oriented attitude as well as business sense.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment.
Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus.
Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and aviation sector.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the execution of the sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Building and promoting LOTAMS capabilities, developing a strong relationship with our current customers and the new ones.
Proactive activities by identifying emerging markets and prospect opportunities.
Leading autonomously sales prospection, negotiation and contract management by designing customer offers.
Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience to our clients.
Objective setting and performance monitoring as well as presenting sales, revenue and forecasts reporting to the management team.
