IT Support Specialist

Oversight on requests for system
Triaging, communication and documentation of requests
Creation and Ownership/Maintenance of Hypercare/Level 1 Support Handbook
Answering user enquiries on how to use the application, also in conjunction with Basecamp 2.0, the Enterprise Recipe Management (some business knowledge required)
Investigation of defects etc.
Defect Management (Exploratory Application testing to verify software quality / implementation of user stories)
Coordination with Level 2 support for installations of hotfixes etc.
At least 2-3 years of experience for example as IT Business Analyst, System or Application Support in a similar environment
Understanding of lean agile practices and how to apply them
Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
Experience in Excel and analyzing large data sets for root cause analysis of bugs (at least basic VBA knowledge desired)
Experience with Jira Backlogs/Kanban Boards
Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
Fluent in English
